COS IN MIND’s online approach is totally different from any other coaching program I’ve followed to date! The course begins with an assessment of each team member, which gives us an initial measurement and then a second one at the end of the course. The support provided by the COS SYSTEM team was fundamental, in terms of onboarding, answering questions and giving us a real experience.
Personally, the course may not have taught me a lot of new things, but it did enable me to put the customer at the center of my concerns and what I can do individually as a Country Manager.
Collectively, it has enabled us to talk Customer during the course, during our meetings, so that each person can make individual commitments. This is a great help in building our roadmap for next year.
This 5-week methodology anchors our thoughts and actions in our daily work. I also really appreciated the support at the beginning, middle and end of the course.
As a result, we are better prepared to serve our customers, both in our stores and at head office. Our customer culture is much stronger!
