The Team
Guillaume Antonietti has dedicated 20 years of his career to both top management roles in major companies (Customer Intelligence Director at Decathlon, Customer Transformation Director at Vivarte) and entrepreneurship. He founded the consulting firm Côté Clients and is the co-founder of COS SYSTEM. He has supported over 120 companies in developing customer culture, combining scientific insights with the managerial challenges faced by organizations.
Sociologist and dedicated advocate of customer orientation, Gil Arban began his career in cultural and media marketing (Le Monde Group) and has consistently sought to transform companies through customer connection. Committed to fostering clientropism both as a consultant and as a leader within the marketing research institute Côté Clients for 15 years, he partners with his clients to develop a stronger customer culture—a cornerstone for innovation, profitability, and meaningful engagement for employees.
Aymeric de Boishéraud specializes in rapid business development within B2B marketing services and SaaS software. He has co-led Toluna and AreYouNet. Holding a DEA in Service Economics and a DESS in Marketing, Aymeric has mastered the entire customer value chain—from customer culture to experience, customer relations, and satisfaction—through his consulting experience and work with software publishers.
Dr. Cédric Batailler, a cognitive science specialist, focuses on modeling beliefs and behaviors. He is the author of articles published in journals such as Perspectives on Psychological Science and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. He joined COS SYSTEM in early 2023 to enhance methods and tools through academic research.
Lucille Ogorzalek has built her career in the banking sector with a focus on transforming organizations from within. She leverages her deep knowledge of this field to rethink internal processes, and as a former manager, she places special emphasis on fostering a natural customer orientation among employees.
Eddie Lecorps has been immersed in statistics since 1990! Specializing in online data collection and quantitative data analysis, Eddie has taught programming, decision analysis, and data process automation at IUT. He is responsible for client projects, overseeing data collection, statistical processing, and report generation phases.
Marie Roche coordinates COS SYSTEM’s projects with client teams and internal teams (production, data, consulting). Her versatility and dedication make her a valuable team member, always ready to take on new challenges.
After more than 15 years at EY leading international customer satisfaction projects and internal client-focused initiatives, Corinne joined the COS team to manage the administrative and accounting aspects with our clients.
