The Customer’s Fresk in Montmartre with Sage!
The Sage marketing community gathered in Paris at the end of June for a day of exchanges. COS SYSTEM invited the 80 participants to play the Customer Fresco. The result: an hour of reflection, debate and laughter in all the groups, with one unanimous conclusion: the Customer is everyone’s business within our companies. To spread a true customer culture throughout the organization, it is essential to get all BUs and functions on board.
